Based on the principles of the Orton-Gillingham approach, Multisensory Math (MSM) provides structured and sequential instruction that moves from concrete to representational to abstract. MSM uses manipulatives and real-life associations to actively engage students in problem-solving, increase attention and memory, and support executive function. MSM is appropriate for all learners but is particularly beneficial for students with language-based learning disabilities. Commonwealth Learning Center is pleased to offer Multisensory Math for students in kindergarten through algebra. Schedule Your Free Consultation
