Forgotten assignments again? Can’t find folders or handouts? Don’t know how to study to do well? Executive functions such as planning study time and organizing materials help students manage their workload to be successful. Capable, hard-working students can struggle, particularly those with learning or attention challenges.
Commonwealth Learning Center’s Kat Marsh, M.Ed., introduces students in grades 7-10 to core executive function skills in this course. Over two late-morning sessions, participants will complete a guided assessment, create an individualized plan, learn efficient strategies for managing their time and materials, and practice key study skills. They will leave with a step-by-step plan for school success. |
Space is limited and first come, first served.
